Tasting Date:   5/16/2009 – At our Spring Celebration lineup: perhaps the event's most popular wine: becoming darker and fuller with more bottle age, yet keeping its exciting brightness and essence-like purity. Ripe, elegant fruit masking for the time being all traces of structure, but the long finish does bring out the minerals. Great promise for aging.
