Cuvee Mysterieuse
Syrah: 47%, Merlot: 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon: 16%, Mourvedre: 10%, Roussanne and Viognier: 2%. Gentle and harmonious, this wine is rich in fruit and flower aromas, soft in texture, and exciting in its spice and minerality.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Date: 5/16/2009 At our Spring Celebration: delicious fruit, fortunately with enough stemmy/spicy twist and hints of dark depths to make this really exciting.
Tasting Date: 1/15/2008 Good dark color. Aromatic, elegant nose of mixed flowers and fruits, with gentle spices at the background. Round, soft, and gentle on the palate: good balance and very attractive aromatic complexity. The flavors are long and intense, while being surprisingly harmonious and refined at the same time. Showing well now, and promising for 10+ years of further aging.
