Tasting Notes

Tasting Date:   4/15/2005 – Attractive, sparkly color. The nose is now re-emerging from the bottling shock, showing lovely flowery/fruity/spicy notes. On the palate the wine is ripe and broad-flavored, its lively acidity nicely matching the intensely fruity character. Almost too easy to drink (considering there are only 500 mls in very bottle...).
